4. Pricing & Payments

1. All prices are displayed in AUD and include/exclude GST where indicated.

2. Accepted payment methods include Stripe, Visa and Mastercard.

3. We reserve the right to refuse orders placed with us, limit quantities or cancel orders if necessary.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

1. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

2. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout.

3. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays or delivery issues outside our control.

4. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details entered are correct.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

1. Eden complies with all obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (if applicable).

2. Items not eligible for return include:

   • Digital/downloadable products

   • Gift cards

   • Personalised or custom-made orders

3. To initiate a return, email reservations@eden.com.au with your name and order number.

4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

7. Digital Products (if applicable)

1. Digital files are delivered instantly after purchase or by email.

2. Due to their nature, digital goods are non-refundable unless defective.

3. You may not resell, redistribute or share any digital content purchased from Eden.

8. Gift Cards (if applicable)

1. Eden gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

2. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

9. User Accounts

1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login details.

2. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or show suspicious activity.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at Returns Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eden will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
